For in-stock items, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within North America.

For made-to-order items, production in our studio takes up to 14 business days. After that, it makes its way to you within 4 to 5 business days.  Total estimated delivery: 3 to 4 weeks from order date.

You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships from our warehouse.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your pieces on their journey to you.

Contact our concierge team at concierge@shopnoci.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your pieces are likely already being prepared for shipment.

New, unworn, and unwashed pieces may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase – either for a refund or store credit, your choice. Lingerie and swim items goes through our UV Detection system to ensure that it's truly unworn, because we're committed to ensuring every item meets our standards.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your returned items.

Each product page includes detailed size charts. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up – our pieces are designed to move with your body, not against it.

We want you to feel confident in every piece. If the fit isn't perfect, you have 30 days to exchange for a different size.

Our fits vary by style, but generally run true to size. Check individual product descriptions for specific fit notes – we believe in transparency about how each piece will feel on your body.

Each piece comes with specific care instructions, but always safe to: gentle wash in cold water, lay flat to dry, and treat them with the same care you'd give anything you'd like to last.
